"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Broadstairs. The cosy maisonette has wonderful sea views, in a quiet location, but close to all amenities, and only a three minute walk to a sandy beach. The rooms are tastefully furnished and well equipped, and the balcony, although small was an added bonus. Broadstairs is a great place for a traditional seaside holiday"

"In short, the location was fab; the flat was clean & tidy when we got there and Ken was very helpful"

"The environment was better than expected. Being to the side of Broadstairs nearer Stone Bay was perfect, and so close to the sea that just looking out of the window or balcony was in itself transformative.
It was peaceful and yet within easy walking distance to the town centre and restaurants. Loved Stone Bay too...easy access to all the variety that area had to offer. Felt very lucky to have landed such a good location, and saw that other self catering places we had seen on the internet were right in the centre of Broadstairs which wouldnt have been as good.
It was lovely to explore and experience the neighbouring different bays - Botany bay and Viking bay etc...., but equally wonderful to be able to nip within a minute onto Stone Bay for a 7 a.m. walk with the sunrise.
The place was comfortable, homely and nourishingly low key with lovely little touches (like the crystals behind the yellow curtain, soft blankets in living room - to mention a few). The kitchen was very easy to be in, use, and keep clean, and loved the warm colours there. Our daughter felt immediately at home in the little bedroom and safe. Enjoyed the use of DVDs and books when we weren't out and about. Neighbours were friendly and quiet. Lovely carpet - didn't feel like the usual dusty carpets underfoot. The colours used were easy, relaxing and simple, which we needed coming from intense stimulus of London. Nothing too imposed.
